Chinese technology products are highly popular in Spain: Xiaomi holds over 30% of the smartphone market, while Chinese car sales exceeded 100,000 units in 2025, with particularly rapid growth in electric vehicles.[7] Chinese manufacturers already account for over 20% of Spain’s EV sales, led by BYD.[8]
